As the city of Prishtina continues to grow, we are giving the skyline a new dimension with our current project, Art Construction Building 06, which is in an intensive and dynamic phase of development.

Located on Muharrem Fejza Street in the Mati 1 neighborhood, with road access between Streets B and C, and planned access from Street A, this project is conceived as a unique blend of living and working spaces under one roof.

Building 06 offers 12 residential units:

• 3 apartments on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors (9 in total)

Architectural Design

The entire building will be wrapped in a unique glass structural façade, maximizing natural light throughout the interior and creating a modern, sophisticated atmosphere that remains warm and elegant. In addition, the building will be surrounded by aluminum mesh screens on all four sides, adding both exclusivity to the external appearance and practical shading for the structure.
