ART CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. is developing a new construction project in a planned urban zone that offers modern living, business functionality, and relaxation close to nature. This project is located in the area of New Prishtina – East Zone, in accordance with the urban regulatory plan “PRISHTINA E RE – EAST ZONE.”

The project consists of 4 building units:

• Building “14” A with levels B+S+G+9

• Building “14” C with levels 2B+G+S+11

• Building “15” Administration with levels 3B+G+10
