The Art Construction 11 & 12 buildings are located on Qazim Dobërdolani Street, near Muharrem Fejza Street in the Mati 1 neighborhood of Prishtina. The site has easy access to the roundabout that connects Street C and Street E, providing quick connections to other parts of the city.

The project site covers 5,169 m², with a total above-ground and underground construction area of 15,503.5 m².
