The issuance of a Usage Certificate and the generation of the ownership sheet for each sold property formalizes the transition to the post-construction phase, enabling habitation or business operation.
The final step is the signing of the definitive contract with the buyer. This legally binding document confirms the terms already outlined in the preliminary agreement and is signed once all obligations of both seller and buyer are fulfilled. A well-prepared definitive contract marks the successful conclusion of the project and the legal processes of the company.
