Art Construction 13 is located on Xhafer Shala Street, near Muharrem Fejza Street, in the Mati 1 neighborhood of Prishtina. The surrounding amenities directly influence the quality of life in the complex. The site also benefits from easy access to the roundabout that connects Street C and Street E, offering fast connections to other parts of the city.

The New Administration Building, constructed in the Mati 1 neighborhood on Muharrem Fejza Street, is distinguished by its modern purpose and architectural design.

• Purpose: Administrative complex designed to provide businesses with flexible, efficient, and optimal working conditions.

Architecturally, it is characterized by a unique volume fully wrapped in glass, allowing natural light and views to create a strong sense of spaciousness. In addition to glass, another defining element is the ventilated façade with panels—one of the most widely used applications in modern architecture.
