The newest project by the investor Art Construction is planned to be built in the “Mati 1” neighborhood, on Muharrem Fejza Street, in Prishtina. The terrain is mostly flat, with a slope of about 5%. The designated location for the project has an area of 1,202 m², while the green surface will cover 235.5 m². The total above-ground and underground construction area will reach 4,181.9 m².

The building consists of a single block, which includes:

• 31 residential units

• 1 commercial space

• 20 indoor parking spaces

• 31 storage rooms

• 14 outdoor parking spaces

The main project will be part of the urban block “C9” within the “Mati 1” neighborhood in Prishtina. The entire neighborhood has been urbanized through the formation of blocks designated for residential, commercial, and other necessary facilities, which are interconnected by the internal roads of the complex.

The road profiles are designed to fully meet the traffic circulation needs of the neighborhood.

Through the regulatory plan, the creation of plazas will also be enabled, allowing freer pedestrian movement.

As part of the external development, all green areas, playgrounds for children, and the planned plaza have been carefully designed in harmony with the architecture of the building.
