ART CONSTRUCTION LLC is developing Administration 15, a contemporary commercial building designed in accordance with the principles of modern architecture and sustainable urban planning. Located in Prishtina e Re – East Zone, the project has been conceived in full compliance with the Prishtina e Re – East Zone Urban Regulatory Plan, integrating seamlessly into a carefully planned urban environment that balances business functionality, high-quality public realm and close proximity to green open spaces.

Administration 15 is defined by a clean and sophisticated architectural expression, featuring efficient spatial planning, abundant natural daylight and a distinctive architectural identity. The building has been designed to provide a high level of privacy for its occupants while incorporating thoughtfully planned shared spaces that encourage comfort, interaction and an enhanced user experience. The project comprises a total gross development area of 7,338.60 m².

The project's material palette has been carefully selected to combine refined aesthetics, durability and long-term performance. In addition to expansive glazed façades that maximize daylight and visual transparency, one of the defining architectural elements is natural Travertine stone, renowned for its authentic texture, timeless elegance and enduring character. The integration of Travertine across wall cladding and flooring establishes a refined architectural language, enhancing the building with a sense of prestige, permanence and distinctive identity. The harmonious interplay between natural stone and high-performance glazing creates a contemporary architectural composition that reflects exceptional standards of design, craftsmanship and construction quality.
