Located in Mati 1 neighborhood, Muharrem Fejza Street, Prishtina, Buildings 7, 8 & 9 are designed on mainly flat terrain with a slope of about 5%. Each building covers a land plot of 6,536 m², with 426.1 m² of green space, striking the perfect balance between urban living and natural surroundings.

Each project is organized into two blocks (A & B) and forms part of the urban block “C8”, planned with contemporary urban standards that integrate residential, commercial, and service spaces.
