The latest project by Art Construction is planned to be built in the Mati 1 neighborhood, on Muharrem Fejza Street, in Prishtina. The site consists of mostly flat terrain with a slope of approximately 5%.

• Total site area: 2,650 m²

• Green area: 596 m²

• Total built-up area (above & below ground): 9,820 m²

The complex is composed of two blocks, Block A and Block B, with the following features:

• 70 residential units

• 6 commercial spaces

• 71 indoor parking spaces

• 71 storage units

• 23 outdoor parking spaces

The project is part of the “C9” urban block within the Mati 1 neighborhood. The entire area has been urbanized through the formation of blocks designated for residential, commercial, and complementary functions, each defined by the internal roads of the complex.

The road profiles have been carefully designed to meet the traffic and circulation needs of the neighborhood.

Through the regulatory plan, the creation of pedestrian plazas will be enabled, ensuring easier circulation for residents and visitors.

In terms of external design, all green spaces have been developed, including dedicated children’s playgrounds and pedestrian plazas, harmoniously integrated with the architecture of the building.
