Located in a part of the city characterized by a mix of buildings with different functions and architectural styles, this will be the first office center in the area.
The project’s key goal was to revive and modernize the neighborhood with a fresh and innovative approach. The building, with its unique volume wrapped entirely in glass, allows natural light and views to create a strong spatial effect. Adjustable brise-soleils provide control over light and shade.
Another prominent material besides glass is Travertine stone, one of the most widely used stones in modern architecture. By cladding walls and floors with Travertine tiles, the project expresses elegance, seriousness, and innovation.
The Art Construction Headquarters offers a variety of spaces—private, flexible, and shared—designed to encourage both freedom and social interaction. The architectural concept creates an interior flow that makes everyday movement through the building feel like a journey, leading employees naturally toward the terrace.
On this terrace, a “mini-forest” awaits—an exemplary integration of nature with architecture, enriching the space while also providing daily inspiration.
